This past week began with having a meeting with Brady and Hallie, discussing the technique and importance of following and unfollowing prospective clients of Pampr on social medias like Instagram. I think it was a productive conversation.

We acknowledged that while it can be time-consuming, it is essential for building a strong online presence and increasing engagement. I followed up with Hallie by sending her a Slack message to discuss our follow and unfollow strategy in more detail and hopefully propose some more ideas about our target audience.

Throughout the week, I diligently kept up with our follow and unfollow activities, making sure to track those who followed us back. I also took the extra step of sending notes to those who followed us, expressing our gratitude and welcoming them to our community. I learned that I should not be sending notes out to companies who we already work with or companies and local businesses who we do not plan to partner with. However, I did learn that these small acts of acknowledgement can go a long way in building relationships and fostering a sense of community.

Whenever I had questions or concerns, I made sure to reach out to Brady for guidance and advice. Having someone to turn to for support and feedback is invaluable, and I always appreciate his willingness to help and his thoughtful insights.

Looking ahead to the future, I planned to allot two hours on Monday to send out a Google Form to our clients, asking them if they would be interested in having a private chef for their stay in Nantucket this upcoming summer. This is a new service we are considering offering, and we want to gauge interest to see if it's something our customers would be interested in. By planning ahead and taking proactive steps, we can better meet the needs of our clients and continue to grow our business.

Overall, this week was a success, and I feel proud of the progress we made. I am excited to continue building our online presence and engaging with our followers. As we move forward, I am confident that our efforts will lead to increased engagement, stronger relationships, and greater success.
