A significant part of my responsibilities this week revolved around monitoring the direct messages (DMs) that flood our Instagram inbox daily. These DMs have offered valuable insights into what our followers wanted, their preferences, and the questions they had about our services.
I made it my mission to ensure that each DM received a prompt and personalized response. Engaging with our community and providing helpful information not only enhanced the customer experience but also strengthened our brand's reputation for exceptional customer service.
In addition to responding to DMs, we have decided to adopt a proactive approach to welcome new followers to the Pampr community. Whenever someone follows us on Instagram, I have sent them a warm and friendly direct message to express our gratitude and introduce them to Pampr.
This personalized touch not only helps in fostering a sense of belonging but also creates a lasting impression of the brand. We received an overwhelming number of positive responses from new followers who felt genuinely appreciated.
