This week was a particularly exciting one for Pampr! Our company just launched our new and improved website, and we are already receiving orders for the upcoming summer season. With such a significant milestone for the business, my primary task for the week was to reach out to our vendors and ensure that their information is up to date and ready to upload to our vendor page on the Pampr website.
To accomplish this task, I sent emails to all our vendors, asking them to complete a "Landing Page" Google Doc. This document will be the cornerstone of each of our vendors’ pages on our website, and it will include FAQs, high-resolution images, a detailed company description, and the services they offer. By including this information, we can ensure that potential customers have all the necessary information to make an informed decision about our vendors and their services.
A few days later, I sent a follow-up email to our vendors to make sure they received the document and were able to complete it. I wanted to ensure that our vendors had ample time to fill out their respective landing pages and that they understood the importance of the information they were providing.
I believe that sending follow-up emails is essential in marketing, as it shows our vendors that we value their input and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that their business is represented accurately on our website. It also provides us with the opportunity to offer support and guidance if needed, which can help to build strong relationships with our vendors.
Overall, the process of reaching out to our vendors and asking them to complete their landing page documents was a success, however, we still are awaiting a few vendors’ information. We were able to gather a significant amount of information from the majority of our vendors, which will be invaluable in attracting customers to our website.
I also shared your personal Nantucket pictures with Hallie to include on the Pampr Instagram. This was an excellent way to add a personal touch to the brand's social media content and show off the beauty of the destination to potential customers. I feel as though including personal images in brand content can make it more engaging and relatable, as it shows the audience that there are real people behind the brand who share their interests and passions.
In addition, I also shared an image of yourself to include in the "Meet the Team" post. This type of content will help to humanize the brand and make it more approachable. By showing the faces and personalities behind the company, I am confident that customers can feel more connected to the brand and develop a sense of trust and loyalty.
The "Meet the team" post that I contributed to was a major success for Pampr. It was a great way to showcase the personalities and talents of the individuals working behind the scenes to make the business successful. Including a personal image of myself in the post helped to give it a more personal touch and allowed customers to connect with me on a more individual level.
Overall, I have learned that personalizing brand content can be a powerful tool in marketing, and my contributions to the Pampr Instagram and "Meet the Team" post were both excellent examples of how to incorporate personalization into your brand's content strategy. By showcasing personal experiences and images, and highlighting the individuals behind the brand, you can create a more authentic and engaging brand image that resonates with your audience. Additionally, I feel like I have learned a lot about the importance of communication and follow-up in marketing and how to work with vendors to achieve our business goals. I am excited to see the impact of our new website and look forward to seeing how we can continue to grow our business in the future.
