Blog #7

As a marketing intern for Pampr, my week was filled with tasks that involved a variety of marketing strategies. One of my main responsibilities was to craft emails to be sent to every vendor we are planning to onboard. In doing so, I had to find their emails on their websites if they were not listed on the vendor google doc. To ensure the emails were top-notch, I collaborated with Brady, who helped me refine them.

In addition to email outreach, I participated in meetings with my colleagues to discuss content calendar and logistics. Specifically, I met with Brady and Hallie to discuss our next content calendar and plan for our upcoming blog #2. During our conversation, we discussed possible vendors with the same mindset/brand message to shoutout in the blog.

Furthermore, I met with Brady again to familiarize myself with Figma. Together, we went through the Pampr website that will be rolling out on April 3rd. While we are excited about the launch, there are a lot of moving pieces to manage. As such, we came up with different ways to categorize the services we will offer. To support our launch, I also reached out to @thatcheeseprincess about charcuterie plates and a girl in my sorority to ask if she wants to be promoted on our Pampr website for babysitting.

As part of my outreach responsibilities, I received an email back from Nantucket sitters and have scheduled a Google Meet with Ann to discuss information Pampr needs for the vendor website. Additionally, I called each vendor and gathered information about what they want to offer as a giveaway and made a note of it. If they didn’t answer, I left a detailed message asking them to call me back. Currently, I am waiting for vendors to call me back and plan to reach out to those who called me back over the weekend.

Overall, my week as a marketing intern for Pampr was dynamic and engaging. I leveraged a variety of marketing strategies, such as email outreach and vendor outreach, to support the upcoming launch of the Pampr website. By collaborating with my colleagues and utilizing various tools, I was able to contribute to the success of the company.
