This week, I migrated Pampr's existing user base from their internal administrator panel to a new CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system this week (Less Annoying CRM). While this was a tedious process, it will definitely prove to be helpful for our team as we begin to build out more dynamic email campaigns for our user segments this Spring.

I started by researching different CRM’s however, I realized the most effective one is actually called “Less Annoying CRM.” There are a vast number of features on this CRM that allowed me to customize different fields and tailor it to categories pertaining to Pampr’s functions. For example, I made checkboxes to determine homeowner status and what type of order they have previously had with Pampr (Pre Arrival, On Demand Delivery, and Grocery but not Pre Arrival). When we send out our mid Winter check-in email to previous customers to gauge their interest in using Pampr services, we will sort by which model they have used in the past.

Unfortunately, I was not able to get to the other tasks for the week as this was a pretty time consuming task. I am confident that my work will be appreciated, though, when my coworkers are searching for previous contacts to fulfill their orders. I had to double check every single detail to ensure that I did not forget any information in the process. Now, we will have all information in one place making it much easier to access. This task was a valuable learning experience in that I recognized my ability to be versatile and contribute to a range of tasks throughout this internship. I am glad that I was able to have this opportunity and this CRM will be a great asset for the future of Pampr.
