From effective task management to engaging social media outreach, my job as a marketing intern at Pampr is to ensure that no detail is overlooked. In this blog post, I will share my experience working with the efficient systems at Pampr and how they contribute to our success.
One aspect that significantly contributes to the smooth operation of Pampr is our efficient use of technology. This week, I started utilizing Google Calendar to ensure that I could stay on track. This valuable tool has allowed me to easily view my tasks for the week, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. I found this feature to be incredibly helpful, as it provided me with a clear roadmap of my responsibilities.
As part of my role, I was tasked with reaching out to new followers and responding to any outstanding direct messages (DMs). Connecting with our audience is crucial, and Pampr understands the significance of building meaningful relationships. By promptly responding to inquiries and engaging with our followers, at Pampr, we aim to provide a personalized experience that sets us apart from the competition.
I have learned the power of social media and Pampr definitely leverages it to showcase the extraordinary experiences we curate for our clients. Posting stories every day, we ensure that our audience remains captivated by sharing new and unique offerings. As the marketing intern, it was my responsibility to post the visually appealing graphics to accompany these stories. Thanks to Brady's efficient communication through Slack, I received the necessary visuals promptly, allowing me to seamlessly integrate them into our social media strategy.
To maintain consistency and enhance the visual appeal of our stories, I implemented a creative technique to match the graphic with the service. Brady shared the graphics with me through Slack, and I made sure to attach the proper link based on the service type. To achieve a visually pleasing effect, I tapped three times on the link, adjusting the color to match the corresponding graphic. By doing so, our stories conveyed a cohesive and eye-catching aesthetic that caught the attention of our audience.
At Pampr, we understand the importance of simplifying the booking process for our clients. To achieve this, we embedded a direct link with a clear call-to-action: "Book Today" into our stories each day this past week. By clicking on this link, potential clients are seamlessly directed to the appropriate service, streamlining the reservation process and ensuring a hassle-free experience.
Working as a marketing intern at Pampr has been an invaluable experience, allowing me to witness the meticulous attention to detail that goes into providing exceptional concierge services.
