It was great talking to Brady, David, and Sam during our first zoom meeting, and learning about their various positions at Pampr. They are eager to teach me the nuts and bolts behind running and growing a new company, and I am anxious to get started. We discussed honing in on what my areas of strength are and how I may apply them to Pampr as the Spring Marketing Intern. They are curious to see what excites me and where my creativity and abilities lay. It is important for me to communicate and take note of the ideas and creative content that come to mind throughout this internship. We will all be on a shared document to quite literally stay on the same page. I look forward to working with the team to learn about the different approaches to marketing. Our first meeting made me realize that I need to come prepared with questions and solutions to different areas we discussed and to organize things in a more concise manner. I felt I was a bit all over the place and will now focus on becoming more organized with my feedback. As discussed I will research Instagram and TikTok to see how we can improve our platform. I will also begin to brainstorm different ideas on how we can engage with customers on Nantucket for some fun summer experiences involving Brady, our couriers, and the customers. Furthermore, I will begin to think about ways to involve the Wake community and build the Pampr brand at Wake, while also scouting out potential Wake students to intern on ACK this summer with Pampr.
